The Sales Supervisor is a full-time management position responsible for leadership, profitability, growth, and direction of all sales activity within assigned market. The position will provide proactive leadership to assist a sales team to achieve maximum profitability and productivity in line with company vision and values.

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop a plan that includes goals, objectives and strategies that ensure budget attainment of sales goals, margins and direct selling expenses to meet profit and revenue goals.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the sales representatives.
  • Implement sales and/or marketing strategy.
  • Assists direct sales staff in preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Ensure that each salesperson meets or exceeds all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, demonstrations/presentation, proposals and closes.
  • Conduct regular coaching and counseling sessions that build salesperson motivation and selling skills.
  • Train and coach sales reps through observing and documenting performance, providing feedback and providing appropriate recognition/counseling.

 Basic Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation skills) and business acumen.
  • A record of meeting goals and revenue targets with personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
  • Organizational skills and ability to pull resources together and facilitate a group from service, finance and operations to formulate account strategies.
