We're MRC Smart Technology, A Xerox Company.  We help companies save money and time by improving how they print, scan, and manage files.  Consider this: a gallon of printer ink costs the same as 387 gallons of gas, 318 cups of coffee from Starbucks, or 14 tickets to Disneyland.  Companies need help using our products and services to manage these costs, and as a Sales Account Executive, you're the hero that will make it happen.  (Did we mention that Beyonc's dad was a Sales Account Exec at Xerox for ten years?)

The Production Print role is an outside business-to-business sales position responsible the development of new accounts for major equipment sales.  The role will be responsible for San Francisco and Silicon Valley territories and can be based out of any of our Bay Area locations.  Previous exposure to the Print Industry would be a plus as well as exposure to large Print Production solutions.

Industry Experience Requirements

  • 3-5 years previous copier sales experience with proven track record of success. 
  • Proficient with cross functional support of Entry Production Color & black & white.
  • Familiar with Digital Print on Demand as well as Transactional printing environments.
  • Working knowledge of Integrated Office Solutions
  • Strong network skills including connectivity, scanning configuration, etc.


  • College Degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and minimal level of auto insurance coverage required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs - specifically Excel & PowerPoint 
  • Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation skills) 
  • Possess ability to interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction - prepare, provide and convey diversified information.
  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment 
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
