We currently have openings on our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team and we are looking for motivated people that want to begin their career in sales.  The position will allow the right person to grow as a sales professional and work their way into an Outside Sales role potentially in as little as 3 months through successfully completing Sales Development activities.  You will be guided by our Director of Training and will be partnered with our top Account Executives to provide you all that you needed to succeed.  All you need to bring is an internal motivation and drive to be the best Sales Development Representative!

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and qualify business sales opportunities through prospecting activities including contact discovery, cold calling and lead qualification activities
  • Lead generation through 60 to 80 outbound calls per day
  • Proficiency in "lead finding" strategies must bring an excellent skill set.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal team members within sales to facilitate effective communication and collaboration to support the company's business and growth objectives
  • Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of Xerox products and technologies, competitive products and industry trends
  • Accountable for meeting assigned personal and team goals & objectives; continual review of key performance metrics with management to identify ways to increase results
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone with both high-level decision makers and technical influencers. 


  • Proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation skills)
  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability; willingness to take risks and try new approaches
