We currently have an opening for a Network Analyst to oversee the OC/LA area.  The position will require local travel to customer sites.  This role will allow the right person to take a leadership role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients during and after the implementation phase. The Network Analyst will implement and assist in managing both hardware and software solutions and provides analytical and technical pre-sales and post-sales support to external clients and sales staff. 


Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

  • Communicates with individuals to ascertain customer issues, and determine scope of investigation required to obtain solution for technical resolution.
  • Provides hands on technical networked product support to clients.
  • Demonstrates and understands the functionality and features of the products
  • Validates proper product and software configurations.
  • Provides pre-sale detailed technical support.
  • Provides guidance to the sales when placing connected products in different networked environments.
  • Responsible for the implementation and connectivity of products and understanding the requirements for a timely and accurate implementation.
  • Conduct problem analysis and utilizes troubleshooting techniques to resolve product problems.
  • Ensures that problems are solved quickly and to the satisfaction of the client
  • Communicates with internal and vendor technical support personnel to find the appropriate resolution to problems.
  • Ensures technical problem resolution until a client post implementation approval is obtained. Participates in training and development opportunities when necessary.


  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A strong background in networking and technical support is preferred and recommended for this position.
  • Ability to effectively present and communicate information and respond to questions in a professional manner from both internal and external customers.
