This opportunity is a full-time outside business-to-business sales professional role that is responsible for retaining and growing current accounts and gaining new market share in an exclusive territory.  The Solution Sales role will focus on selling to products and office technology solutions MRC offers beyond the Xerox hardware.


  • Direct sales of MRC360 solutions software, hardware and IT infrastructure products
  • Be subject matter expert in regards to Pre and Post sales engineering processes
  • Assist Sales team in customer meetings and leading the technical discussions
  • Formulate the strategies, tactics and account plans necessary to identify opportunities and generate profitable revenue.
  • Work across a matrixed organization to leverage internal resources to progress and close business.
  • Have the ability to travel to client sites and conduct business assessments and develop solution presentations.
  • Daily maintenance of prompt and accurate sales pipeline forecasting with a good understanding of using CRM tools.
  • Sustain sales activities; appointments, demos, proposals, cold calls, closing deals, and database updates
  • Keep abreast of changes in technology and understanding of basic user abilities

Basic Requirements:

  • Proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Solution Sales experience required
  • Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation skills)
  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability; willingness to take risks and try new approaches
  • Must have valid driver's license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage
