The Account Manager expands and retains customer base through account visits, competitive system identification, application selling, account qualification, and equipment demonstrations and training, while assisting the sales force to help maximize productivity.  This role is requiring local and national travel.

 Major Responsibilities:

    • Qualifies accounts for document applications.
    • Provides feedback to sales representatives.
    • Demonstrates empathy and understanding of customer concerns.
    • Strategizes with sales and service on account situations and action plans.
    • Schedules/plans aggressive timetable for remedies to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Documents actions taken; serves as liaison between customer, sales, and service.
    • Increases output volume in existing accounts.

Basic Requirements: 

    • Proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook).
    • Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation skills).
    • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels.
