The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our Major Accounts sales team out of our corporate office in Kearny Mesa.  This is an opportunity for the right person to learn from experienced sales professionals while assisting in resolving client relations issues.  The ideal candidate will be looking to eventually grow into a sales professional as well.

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Marketing of Xerox products, services and technology solutions
  • Development of new business
  • Customer Relations Group - ensure that our current and new clients receive exceptional customer service.
  • Strategizes with sales and service on account situation and action plan; Generates sales leads
  • Documents actions taken; serves a liaison between customer, sales and service.
  • Plans and time-activates follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Increases output volume in existing accounts
  • Creating Proposal and client communication
  • Coordinating order process to install follow up.
  • Act as liaison for internal and external communications with assigned accounts. Manage ongoing conference calls and ensure a positive relationship with assigned accounts. Provide regular status reports and manage task lists on assigned accounts progress for all project areas.
  • Oversee projects associated with assigned Major Accounts, including but not limited to new development, community management, internal and external communication, support and maintenance issues.

 

Skills Required:

  • Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to Multi-task and maintain a Schedule Timeline
  • Previous experience speaking to clients and/or customers
  • No fear of the phone. Must be willing to make cold calls and speak with customers
  • Willingness to grow as a professional and learn the art of sales.
